What sets us apart
Our team holds CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, BPJEPS state diplomas, and competes at national level in CrossFit and Hyrox. Every class has at least one English-fluent coach scheduled. Class size is capped at 16 to guarantee individual attention on form, scaling, and intensity.
Eleiko bars and bumper plates across the platforms. Concept2 rowers, BikeErg, and SkiErg. Fit&Rack rigs. Dumbbells from 5 to 50 kg. Squat racks rated for the heaviest pulls. Tools that don't quit when you go heavy.
Three hundred members, all levels, no ego. The morning crowd skews French professionals; evenings bring more international athletes. Drop into any class — you'll be welcomed, partnered up for the WOD, and probably invited for coffee after.

The neighborhood
We're in the 13th arrondissement on the Left Bank — Rive Gauche — five minutes on foot from Place d'Italie, ten from the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, fifteen from the cobblestone village of Butte-aux-Cailles. This isn't tourist Paris. It's the Paris where Parisians live, eat, and train. After class, walk to Rue de la Butte-aux-Cailles for a proper post-WOD meal, or hop a Vélib down to the Seine.
What to expect
We'll greet you at reception, hand you a quick info card, and show you the locker rooms and showers. First-time visitors: bring a photo ID — French insurance regulation requires it once.
Your coach pulls you aside before class to walk you through the WOD movements, explain any French terminology, and dial in your scaling options. Five minutes, all questions welcome.
Standard warm-up: mobility, activation, skill prep. The full class joins — you'll partner up with whoever's nearest. Don't worry about the language; lifting cues translate fast.
WOD time. Your coach watches your form, calls out the clock, and pushes you when you need it. If you're scaling, you scale visibly with everyone else — no separate corner.
Stretch, debrief, share PRs and frustrations. Showers are right there. If you're up for it, members usually grab coffee at the place across the street. Stay as long as you like.
What to bring
Cross-training or weightlifting shoes. No street shoes on the platform.
There's a fountain on-site, but a 1L bottle saves trips.
French insurance regulation. Passport, ID card, or driver's license — anything official.
Showers with hot water and lockers are available.
Compression, shorts, tanks — whatever lets you squat to depth.
We sell water, electrolytes, and protein bars at reception. Card or cash both work.
The coach team
We won't claim every coach speaks perfect English, but at least one English-fluent coach is on every class. The morning team and most evening coaches are fully fluent.
